Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: May 9, 2026
What this is
This Acceptable Use Policy is published by Mini Parakeet LLC (doing business as Fazr, "we" or "us") and is part of the Terms of Service. It lists the things you can't do with bddr.ai. If you break these rules, we may suspend or terminate your access — sometimes without notice, depending on what happened.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise try to derive the source code of bddr.ai, except to the limited extent applicable law allows this despite a contractual restriction.
- Copy, modify, rent, lease, lend, sell, resell, sublicense, or redistribute bddr.ai — whether in whole or in part.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, headless browsers driving the extension) to access bddr.ai or the Amazon Advertising Console at a scale beyond our stated features.
- Use bddr.ai on an Amazon Advertising account you don't have legal authority to operate.
- Share, resell, or transfer your license key. Use bddr.ai on more devices or for more accounts than your tier allows.
- Circumvent license validation, usage caps, tier restrictions, or other technical limits we put in place.
- Interfere with bddr.ai's operation — for example, by injecting code that modifies its behavior, spoofing our API, or overwhelming our backend.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or code designed to harm the Service, other users, or their systems.
- Harass, abuse, defame, threaten, or impersonate any person or entity through the Service or through interactions with us.
- Violate anyone else's rights — intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or otherwise — through your use of the Service.
- Use bddr.ai to send spam, generate misleading advertising, or participate in deceptive commercial practices.
- Use bddr.ai in violation of any applicable law, including Amazon's Advertising Terms and the Amazon Advertising API License Agreement.
Amazon account warranty
When you use bddr.ai with an Amazon Advertising account — either by visiting the Console with the extension active or by connecting the API — you warrant that you have legal authority to operate that account and that your use of bddr.ai complies with Amazon's own terms. If you don't, you shouldn't be there.
What happens if you break the rules
Depending on severity, we may investigate, suspend access, terminate your account, forfeit unused subscription time, or refer conduct to law enforcement or other authorities. For severe or willful violations, we may do any of these without notice.
We may also pursue any rights or remedies available under the Terms or applicable law. Sections 15 and 16 of the Terms (liability limits and indemnification) still apply.
Reporting abuse
If you notice someone abusing bddr.ai in violation of this policy, or if something related to bddr.ai looks phishy, tell us: abuse@bddr.ai. Include as much detail as you can — what you saw, when, where, and any relevant links or screenshots.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes follow the same process as the Terms — non-material changes take effect when published; material changes take effect 30 days after publication, with email notice to paid users.
